Dr. Teresa Yin-Wong
An alumnus of Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, Dr. Teresa Yin-Wong earned her Bachelor・s of Science degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA. She received her four years of chiropractic education and clinical training from Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly LACC), where she graduated summa cum laude as Salutatorian of her class. Dr. Yin also holds a license as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and is frequently called upon to perform legal evaluations on workers・ compensation cases for the state. She also provides ergonomic workstation evaluations for companies in the Silicon Valley and SF Bay Area.
Besides being named in :Who・s Who Among America・s Colleges & Universities; and :Who・s Who Among America・s Executives and Professionals;, Dr. Yin was recently named a Paul Harris Fellow for her many contributions to the community. She is a Certified Emergency Response Team Member for the City of Fremont as well as a Trustee of the Washington Hospital Healthcare Foundation and Citizens for Better Community (CBC).? In addition, she serves on several committees for Shelter Against Violent Environments (SAVE) and other service organizations. Professionally, she is affiliated with the California Chiropractic Association (CCA) and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
Dr. Yin currently lives in San Ramon with her husband, Patrick, and her daughter, Kayla. She enjoys yoga, running, reading, good restaurants and traveling during her free time.
